President of Ethiopia receives SC chairman

ADDIS ABABA, Dec. 10 (Saba)- President of Ethiopia Girma Woldegiorgis has received chairman of Shoura Council and head of Association of Senates, Shura and Equivalent Councils in Africa and the Arab World Abdul-Aziz Abdul-Ghani. In the meeting, Abdul-Ghani conveyed regards of President Ali Abdullah Saleh to the Ethiopian president. Abdul-Ghani expressed happiness to visit Ethiopia to attend ceremony of Ethiopian nationalities rights. The Ethiopian president welcomed Abdul-Ghani and his accompanying delegation, voicing comfort for the good level of the relations between Yemen and Ethiopia. He asked him to convey his regards to president Saleh and more progress and prosperity for the Yemeni people. AH/YA Saba
