President receives congratulations from Palestinian President, OIC Secretary-general on National Day

SANA’A, May 20 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Thursday a cable of congratulations from President of the Palestinian Authority and Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization Mahmoud Abbas on the occasion of the 21st anniversary of the Yemeni National Day, May 22. On the other hand, President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Thursday a cable of congratulations form the Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu on the occasion of the 21 anniversary of the Yemeni National Day, May 22. In the cable, Ihsanoglu noted the existing strong relations between OIC and Yemen, and the ongoing support made by the organization for several activities and programs in order to achieve its goals.
