President Saleh condoles al-Awlaki family

SANA’A, Aug. 17 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a cable of condolence to Abu Bakr bin Farid al-Awlaki over the death of his father, Sheikh Farid al-Awlaki. The President Saleh expressed his deepest sympathies to al-Awlaki and his family.Sheikh Farid al-Awlaki was one of the prominent social figures who played a role in the defense of national issues, particularly the unification of Yemen.
