President Saleh congratulates Kuwait’s Emir

SANA’A, Feb. 23 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Saturday a congratulation cable to Kuwait’s Emir Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jabir al-Sabah on the National Day. President Saleh wished Emir Sabah good health and happiness and the brotherly people of Kuwait further progress and prosperity. Kuwait celebrates annually the National Day on February 25. FR/YA Saba
