President Saleh receives KSA defence, interior ministers’ assistants

SANA’A, Jan. 04 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Monday Saudi Assistant Defence and Aviation Minister and General Supervisor Prince Khaled Bin Sultan Bin Abdul Aziz and Assistant Interior Minister Prince Mohammed Bin Naif Bin Abdul Aziz. The two princes have conveyed a letter to President Saleh from Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz of KSA related to the strong brotherly ties and joint cooperation fields between the two countries at various levels, in addition to the latest regional situation developments of common concern to the Arab nation. The letter confirmed strength of the two countries relations and concern to boost and improve them to serve joint interests of the two countries peoples. It also confirmed that the Yemeni and Saudi security represents one integrated system, noting that what concerns Yemen’s security concerns Saudi security and vise versa. During the meeting, the two sides have discussed joint cooperation relations between the two countries, especially security and terrorism combating. President Saleh expressed his admiration for the level of the close brotherly relations and the existing cooperation between the two countries at various levels, confirming that the Kingdom’s security is part and parcel of Yemen’s security; what concerns one of them concerns the other. He confirmed his concern to boost relations and cooperation fields between the two countries to meet the two countries Yemeni and Saudi peoples’ aspirations and to achieve their common interests. Saleh also asked the two princes to convey his greetings to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, wishing him further health and happiness and for the Saudi people more progress and prosperity.
