Saleh congratulates Philippines new president for winning elections

SANA’A, May 12 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a congratulations cable to the newly elected President of the Philippines Noynoy Cojuangco Aquino for getting trust of voters in the presidential elections.
