Saleh congratulates Qatari Emir,Vietnamese president

SANA’A, Sep 02 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent a congratulation cable on Saturday to the Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani on the occasion of the National Day.
