Saleh to receive letter from Libyan president

SANA’A, Dec 12, (Saba) – An envoy of the Libyan President will arrive Tuesday in Aden to deliver a letter from the Libyan president Muammar Al-Qadhafi to the President Ali Abdullah Saleh.
The letter pertains to the bilateral relations, the aspects of cooperation between the two countries and the means of fostering them, in addition to the international and regional developments to coordinate the Yemeni and Libyan attitudes towards these issues.
