Yemeni-UAE ties share privacy, Emirates FM said

ABU DHABI, Dec. 05 (Saba)- The Foreign Minister of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed on Wednesday his great happiness for visiting Yemen. “I am happy to convey greetings of President of the UAE Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan to President Ali Abdullah Saleh and his keenness on reinforcing and developing the bilateral ties of the two countries,” he said. Before departure from Sana’a airport, the UAE Foreign Minister said, in a statement to Saba, that the Yemeni-UAE ties share privacy and distinction. He said that the GCC states ties with Yemen are not ruled by organizing relations for Yemen is an expansion of the geographical depth of the GCC states, adding that security of Yemen and the Gulf is mutual and the approach of Yemen to the Gulf countries is a normal movement.
