New oil discoveries exploited in eastern and middle areas

ADEN,(Saba.net) -President President Ali Abdullah Saleh announced on Tuesday new oil discoveries in the eastern and middle areas estimated by 390 million barrels. Delivering an address on the occasion of the 41st anniversary for the 14 October revolution the president urged the governor of Aden to compensate about 19.000 owners of state lands. He urged the Yemeni people to start a new era and move forward from the revolution into the stage of building modern Yemen. AH/SS SABA 8:30 GMT
