President bestows al-Radhi with art medal

TAIZ, Sept. 15(26Sept.) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh bestowed, on Thursday,Arab heritage expert Salma al-Radhi an art medal for her efforts in refreshing Yemen heritage and renovating the Islamic historical edifice of al-Ameria school and mosque in Radaa of al-Baidha province.Al-Radhi, in her turn, expressed her thanks for the president. She noted that the president’s medal of honor would be a point of pride and self-importance for her. She also pointed out that Yemen has a very rich heritage and its heritage is a clear evidence that the Yemeni people has an effect on the humane civilization.
