President Saleh congratulates Arab, foreign leaders

SANA’A, (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Wednesday a cable of congratulations to Qatari Emir Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani on the occasion of the National Day of Qatar. On the Libyan people’s celebrations of the 38th anniversary of al-Fateh Revolution, President also sent a congratulations cable to the Libyan Leader Muammar al-Qadhafi. President Saleh also congratulated President Nguyen Minh Triet of Vitamin on the national day and to Slovakia’s President Ivan Gasparovic on the constitution day of Slovakia. President Ali Abdullah Saleh also received on Wednesday a thanking cable from Belgium’s King Albert II as a reply to the president’s congratulations on the National Day of Belgium. YA/NSSaba
