President Saleh receives congratulations on Eid al-Fitr

SANA’A, Nov. 2 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Wednesday cables of congratulations from Arab and world kings and presidents on Eid al- Fitr.

President Saleh received cables from Egyptian President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak, Amir of Kuwait Shaikh Jaber Al Ahmed Al Jaber Al Sabah, Syrian President, Bashar Assad, UAE President, Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, Sudanese President, Omar el-Bashir, King Abdallah II of Jordan, Lebanese President, Emile Lahoud, King of Morocco, Mohammed VI, Djibouti President, Ismail Umar Guelleh, Tunisian President, Zine Al-Abidine Ben Ali, Amir Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani of Qatar, Bangladeshi President, Iajuddin Ahmed, Afghanistan President, Hamid Karzai, Senegal President, Abdoulaye Wade, Singapore President, SR Nathan, Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki and President of Cote d’Ivoire, Laurent Gbagbo.
