President Saleh visits Eastern Military Command

HADRAMOUT, Jan. 02 (Saba) – President Ali Abdullah Saleh paid on Sunday a visit to the Eastern Military Command headquarters in Hadramout governorate.Saleh inspected the condition of the special tasks battalion affiliated to the Eastern Military Command. He got acquainted with its level of readiness, urging the battalion’s individuals to raise their preparedness to be capable of carrying out their tasks.The President pointed that the military leadership pays more attention to upgrade the armed forces to meet with the developments in the modern military construction.AF/AF
