Saleh congratulates Qatar's Emir and Niger's President

SANA'A- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Emir of the State of Qatar Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani on the occasion of his country National day.

President Saleh also sent a congratulations cable to President of Niger Salou Djibo on the occasion of his country's National Day.
