Saleh congratulates Russian, Philippine counterparts

SANAA, June 10 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh sent on Sunday a congratulation cable to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the occasion of the Russian National Day. Saleh also congratulated the President of Philippines Gloria Arroyo on the occasion of the Independence Day. WS/AF Saba
