Saleh receives congratulation cables from Omani Sultan

SANA’A, Sept. 23 (Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh received on Saturday a congratulation cable from the Omani Sultan Qabus Bin Saeed on the occasion of the Holy Ramadan.
