President meets outgoing Chinese ambassador

ADEN,(Saba)- President Ali Abdullah Saleh met on Saturday with the outgoing Chinese ambassador Gao Yuching on the end of his tenure.

During the meeting, Yuching offered condolences for the families of victims of the landslide at al-Thafeer in Bani-Matar district and confirmed Chinese support for the people of al-Thafeer over the disaster.

They also discussed mutual cooperation aspects between the two countries.

Saleh offered Yuching the Union Medal for his efforts in strengthening both countries relationships.

On the other hand, Yuching highly appreciated Yemen facilities in performing his tasks.
